Questions about dedicated servers
What is the out-of-band console?
A console that connects to the machine directly rather than over its network. If a firewall rule locks you out or the system won't boot, you can still log in and fix it from the client area.
Can I choose a different RAID setup?
Machines ship with RAID 1 by default. If you'd rather use the drives another way, say so when you order and we'll set it up.
Why does ND-EPYC32 take longer?
It's a larger machine with a 10 Gbit/s port, and we prepare it within 24 hours rather than 4.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every dedicated server, always on, with no extra fees when you're attacked.
Can I add more IPs or a GPU?
Yes. Ask for a custom build and tell us what you need.
